Fayetteville, N.C. will soon have a new catering option for parties, corporate events, holidays and more. The Graze Craze franchise, known for offering charcuterie tables, boxes and catering, is opening its first location in Fayetteville at 4011 Sycamore Dairy Road, Ste. 108.
Brought to the area by Fayetteville local and Army Veteran Cureston Brice, she shared that after coming to Fort Bragg in 1999 and retiring from the Army in 2005, she decided to stay in the area. She then took inspiration from a close friend and utilized some of the military's small business launch programs to plan her new path.
“One of my battle buddies that I was in the Army with, she started a Veteran-owned business as well in Pentagon City Mall in Virginia. I asked her about how she started the process, and she told me about the Vetrepreneur program through the VA. So I applied for it. I went on the website and did everything through Vetrepreneur,” shared Brice. “I was in contact with Sarah Brown, who was my coach, and she assisted me through the process of looking into some businesses that may interest me. And Graze Craze was at the top of the list of the three that she sent to me.”
The new Fayetteville location is currently the only active listing for the state of North Carolina, joining other locations on the eastern coast in Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina and Georgia.
Brice shared that she met with Regional Vice President for Graze Craze Gregg Quisito before making a final decision on the brand.
“I drove down and met him in Charlotte, and we talked over lunch to kind of get the feel of what I wanted to do or what I could expect from Grace Craze, and we hit it off really well. So that kind of solidified my mission at that point to go ahead and pursue the business,” shared Brice.
The Graze Craze menu features seasonal boards for various group sizes, and individual “grab and graze” options with various choices of meats, cheese, fruits and more.
“[It] sticks out because there's not a whole lot of charcuterie here that's made to standard. Custom made to what you want, and quickly. Normally, you can go to a grocery store, they have charcuterie, but it's all in one package. You got to put it all together. But I'm here to alleviate that,” shared Brice.
Graze Craze- Fayetteville is expected to launch its social media within the coming weeks and announce an opening date in the fall of 2025. Learn more about the franchise online here: https://www.grazecraze.com/
