Crunch Fitness signs lease for second Fayetteville location

Paramount Commercial Partners is pleased to announce that Jack Robertson has represented JF Fitness of North America, a Crunch Fitness franchise operator, in the lease of 46,237 square feet at 1748 Skibo Road, Suite 140, Fayetteville, N.C. 28303.
This marks Crunch Fitness’s second location in Fayetteville, furthering the brand’s commitment to bringing affordable, high-energy fitness to communities across North Carolina. The first location, located at 1240 Ireland has commenced construction; and rate reservations for founding memberships are available now at https://www.crunch.com/locations/irelanddrive.
Stephanie Sparrow with GFD Management Inc. represented the landlord in the transaction. Crunch Fitness plans to begin construction later this year with an anticipated opening in 2026.
