Snip, sip, celebrate: Caribou Coffee Hope Mills celebrates new location’s grand opening

Caribou Coffee®, a Minnesota born brand of coffeehouses known for signature handcrafted beverages, is thrilled to announce the official grand opening of a new location in Hope Mills, N.C. On Friday, Nov. 21, the new coffeehouse located at the intersection of Lakewood Drive and Town Center Drive, hosted Hope Mills leadership, the Hope Mills Chamber of Commerce and community members for a ribbon cutting celebration. 

As Caribou Coffee continues to expand nationwide, this is the ninth location to open in North Carolina this year. With the opening of the new Hope Mills coffeehouse, there are now 22 Caribou Coffee locations in the state with another planned to open in Waxhaw later this winter.

Caribou Coffee is proud to support the community. For every transaction during grand opening weekend, Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 22-23, Caribou Coffee will donate $1 to Children of Fallen Heroes to support their mission to honor and support the children of fallen military members, first responders, foster kids, caregivers and communities in need.

The standalone location in Hope Mills features a drive-thru, outdoor dining and pick-up window (no interior seating). Guests can order all their favorite drinks, including the recently launched holiday menu featuring classics like the Ho Ho Mint Mocha® made with real chocolate and real candy canes, alongside new additions including the Cranberry Dark Chocolate Crafted Press and the Spicy Mocha Espresso Shaker.

Caribou also offers alternatives for non-coffee drinkers, including

teas and energy drinks. Additionally, guests can find delicious offerings from Caribou’s food menu, including a variety of breakfast sandwiches, baked goods and snacks.

Guests who visit the new location during grand opening celebrations, between Friday, Nov. 21 – Friday, Nov. 28, can take advantage of limited time offers when ordering in-person. 

Grand opening deals include:

• Friday, Nov. 21: Free exclusive coffee mug to the first 100 guests, while supplies last

• Saturday, Nov. 22 – Sunday, Nov. 23: Giveback weekend for Children of Fallen Heroes

• Monday, Nov. 24: 50% off energy drinks

• Tuesday, Nov. 25: 50% off mocha beverages

• Wednesday, Nov. 26: 50% off a beverage with the purchase of an All Day Breakfast or Lunch sandwich

• Thursday, Nov. 27: Free tote bag to the first 50 guests, while supplies last

• Friday, Nov. 28: Caribou Perks Member Exclusive: BOGO 50% off any beverage in-store or via the Caribou Coffee app
