Pinehurst Neurology to join FirstHealth network

The board certified physicians and advanced practice team of Pinehurst Neurology will join FirstHealth of the Carolinas on Dec. 29, 2025. The practice will become FirstHealth Neurology-Page Drive.
Pinehurst Neurology has been serving patients in Pinehurst and surrounding communities for more than 40 years, offering compassionate, high-quality neurologic care including headache and migraine care, sleep disorder diagnostics, neurodiagnostics, infusion therapies and adult neurologic disease management. By becoming part of the FirstHealth network, the practice will retain its familiar team and location while gaining access to FirstHealth’s broader resources and collaborative specialty care system.

Misty Sinclair, M.D., board certified neurologist and sleep medicine specialist with Pinehurst Neurology, added in a press release, “Joining FirstHealth marks an exciting new chapter for our practice. We will continue to deliver the personalized, high-touch care our patients expect while benefiting from FirstHealth’s coordinated network, which allows us to expand and enhance access to specialized neurology services across the region.”
Patients will continue to receive care at the same Pinehurst location, with no interruption to existing appointments, and will see the same trusted providers. To support a smooth transition, the office will be closed from Dec. 23, 2025, through Jan. 16, 2026, while staff are trained on FirstHealth’s electronic health record, billing and scheduling systems.

Founded in 1981, Pinehurst Neurology is a practice of board certified neurologists and physician assistants and nurse practitioners who treat a broad range of adult neurologic conditions.
