Yummy Bowl, a fast-growing Asian fusion restaurant chain is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its newest location in Fayetteville, N.C.
The grand opening celebration took place on Dec. 23, 2025 at 155 N McPherson Church Road, previously the home of Joe’s Crab Shack, and featured special giveaways, exclusive menu tastings and family-friendly festivities.
Founded by restaurateurs Xue Gong Chen and Tommy Weng, Yummy Bowl is expanding from its Midwest roots to offer Fayetteville a diverse menu that brings together the best of Asian culinary traditions in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.
“We fell in love with the energy of Fayetteville and wanted to bring something truly unique to the area,” said co-founder Xue Gong Chen in a press release. “This isn’t your typical Asian restaurant—we’ve blended the best of several culinary traditions to offer something for everyone, whether you’re craving sushi, sizzling stir-fry or crispy
chicken with a Korean twist.”
The new North Carolina location offers the same popular menu that has made Yummy
Bowl a fan favorite.
Key offerings include:
