Raising Cane’s confirms early plans to open first Fayetteville location

After weeks of speculation on social media, the city of Fayetteville is confirmed to be getting its first Raising Cane’s location.
The Greater Fayetteville Business Journal recently received a statement from the brand verifying that it has its sights set on Fayetteville, with a Raising Cane’s representative sharing in a statement:
“Pending city approval and permitting, Raising Cane’s is aiming to start construction and bring our ONE LOVE® – Craveable Chicken Finger Meals® – to 1812 Skibo Road in Fayetteville in fall 2026.”
The building selected was previously home to a Ruby Tuesday location and was later converted into AJ Isai Japanese Fusion, which closed in the fall of 2023.
A fast-growing restaurant brand, Raising Cane’s has nearly 900 restaurants in more than 40 states and in 2025 announced plans to open more than 100 new restaurants across several new markets. The company is known for its ONE LOVE® – craveable chicken finger meals – including the iconic “Cane’s Sauce.”
