Graze Craze opens Fayetteville store

Graze Craze® has opened a new location at 4011 Sycamore Dairy Road, Suite 108, in Sycamore Station II. The 1,291-square-foot store is owned by Cureston “Cookie” Brice, a U.S. Army Veteran who’s happy she can bring the brand’s festive foods to her military brothers and sisters and others in town.
Graze Craze is a fast-growing group of stores where expert teams of Grazologists™ curate charcuterie using a variety of high-quality ingredients.
“I’m excited to serve these delicious selections to Fayetteville and proud to operate the area’s only Graze Craze store,” said Brice in a press release. “Fayetteville is a tight-knit community, and we’re always looking for ways to get together. With a grazing board or picnic box from Graze Craze, you’re always guaranteed to have fresh, delicious food for your guests, right at your fingertips.”
The Graze Craze Fayetteville menu includes these signature favorites:
- Gone Grazey: A well-balanced mix of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, veggies, and more—the best way to sample a little of everything.
- The Vegegrazian: A vibrant vegetarian option loaded with seasonal produce and bold flavors from house-made dips.
- Sweet & Grazey: A decadent spread for dessert lovers, with chocolate, fruit, cookies, and indulgent dips.
“Everything here is fantastic, of course, but the Gone Grazey is one of our most popular items, and I love it too,” added Brice in a press release. “It’s sweet, it’s savory, it’s colorful and it’s loaded with meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables, with a sweet finish.”
Boards are available in a variety of sizes, from a date night or small gathering to a large spread fit for parties and events. Custom orders are welcome; each board is made fresh to order and is available for in-store pickup and local delivery.
Brice served in the U.S. Army for almost eight years, leaving at the rank of sergeant. Her military career included managing food services on her base.
Graze Craze Fayetteville will host an official grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony, in partnership with the Greater Fayetteville Chamber, on Thursday, Jan. 29 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. The public is invited to enjoy complimentary samples, giveaways and a first look at the new space.
The new Graze Craze is located at 4011 Sycamore Dairy Road, Suite 108, Fayetteville NC 28308.
