Spears Restaurant reopens on Fort Bragg

The newly reopened Spears Restaurant Bistro and Kiosk brings a modern, flexible dining experience to Fort Bragg, designed to fuel today’s Warfighters. The grand reopening of the Spears Restaurant is part of the U.S. Army’s Continuous Transformation Initiative. ATI is implemented to ensure the force remains the most lethal and ready land force in the world. 

“The renovation of the Spears Restaurant Bistro and Kiosk is a critical part of modernizing our food service program and supporting our warfighters. This project required extensive coordination between our team, our contracting partners and equipment vendors to install the foundational infrastructure for new Bistro and Kiosk areas” shared  LTC Aaron Ali Rogers the 264th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion commander during the ceremony. “I would like to give thanks to all of the external stakeholders that made this happen – a special thanks to the XVIII ABN Corps Food Service Team, Citizco Food service equipment, Achuti Electrical Prime, Fort Bragg MICC and the 406th Army Field Support Brigade for turning the idea of an enhanced on-post food option for Soldiers into reality.” 

Spears Restaurant Bistro and Kiosk provides Soldiers with options, from the daily manager’s special, to the pizza bar, subway-style sandwich bar and clean eats. 

Gone are the days of traditional basic main line and grill stations. Spears Restaurant Bistro and Kiosk provides Soldiers with options, from the daily manager’s special, to the pizza bar, subway-style sandwich bar and clean eats. For those in a hurry, head over to the Kiosk to indulge in a variety of grab-and-go options.

“This isn’t just about updating facilities; it’s about directly enhancing the daily experience of our

Soldiers. By providing them with greater flexibility, healthier choices, and a modern, convenient dining environment, we are investing in their well-being and readiness,” added LTC Aaron Ali Rogers.
