Hoke County has announced the completion of five newly constructed duplex buildings, delivering a total of 10 three-bedroom units to help address the growing demand for affordable housing in the area. Located on CC Steele Road, the development is designed to provide quality homes for low- to moderate-income families while strengthening the county’s housing inventory.
Each unit features three bedrooms—including a master suite with an ensuite bathroom—a full kitchen and in-unit laundry. The project reflects a broader commitment to expanding housing access, supporting workforce stability, and investing in long-term community growth.
The development represents a step toward increasing affordable housing capacity, ensuring that residents have access to safe, stable and attainable housing options close to employment, schools and essential services in the County of Hoke.
"We extend a thank you to our partners and local leaders who helped make this vision a reality. Together, we are building stronger neighborhoods and brighter futures,” shared representatives of Hoke County on Facebook.
