The Continuing Professional Education program at the Campbell University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences has been granted a full six-year reaccreditation through Jan. 31, 2032, by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education.

The reaccreditation was awarded with no monitoring or interim reports required, reflecting strong performance, compliance with accreditation standards and a demonstrated commitment to continuous quality improvement. The review was based on careful consideration of the program’s self-assessment report, external evaluations and additional communications submitted as part of the accreditation process.

This achievement directly supports the mission of the College’s Office of Continuing Professional Education, which is to provide and sustain high-quality, evidence-based educational activities that empower pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to strengthen their knowledge, skills and professional practice. Through ACPE accreditation, the program ensures that continuing education activities consistently align with national standards while advancing excellence in lifelong learning.

“This outcome reflects the strength and quality of our CPE infrastructure and affirms our alignment with ACPE standards and continuous quality improvement. I would like to recognize Samantha Clinton, director of Continuing Education, for her pivotal role in preparing the reaccreditation report. Her diligence, organization, and attention to detail were instrumental in achieving this outcome. Thank you for your continued support of the CPE program and its role in advancing the mission of the College,”  said Dr. Beth Mills, chair of Pharmacy Practice, in a press release.

Samantha Clinton added in a press release, “This reaccreditation demonstrates the strength of our program and our deep commitment to continued education for healthcare professionals. It reflects the collaborative effort of our faculty and staff to deliver high quality, impactful learning experiences that support lifelong professional growth.”

The College invites pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, PAs, nurses and other health professionals to participate in upcoming continuing education programs designed to provide timely clinical updates and practical application.
