Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union announces three new positions in Q1

Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the hiring and promotion of three team members.

Perry

Theresa Perry has joined the Credit Union as community relations manager, where she will lead community engagement efforts and strengthen FBFCU’s presence throughout the counties it serves. A retired educator with 31 years in the Cumberland County School System, Perry brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, along with a strong background in public speaking, community relations and customer service. Her expertise makes her a valuable addition to the FBFCU team.

Spencer

Abby Spencer has been promoted to interim marketing manager from her previous role as marketing and brand ambassador. In this position, she will continue advancing marketing initiatives while stepping into a leadership role within the department. Spencer brings five years of experience in retail marketing and management, with a specialization in graphic design. Since joining FBFCU in April 2025, she has contributed a fresh perspective to the Credit Union’s marketing efforts.

Terry

Alex Terry has been promoted to senior vice president of information systems, where he will continue to lead innovation and enhance the effectiveness of the Credit Union’s technology operations. Terry began his career with FBFCU in 1988 as a computer operator and was promoted to data processing supervisor the following year, later advancing to vice president of information systems in 1998. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated strategic vision, technical expertise and a strong commitment to the Credit Union’s success.
