Army Veteran, entrepreneur, motivational speaker and Fayetteville native Kelsey Battle is celebrating a major milestone as his inspirational apparel brand, ICAN Clothes, launches in 23 participating Navy Exchange (NEXCOM) locations worldwide beginning July 1, 2026.

For Battle, the expansion represents far more than a retail opportunity. It marks a full-circle moment for a Veteran whose mission has always been to remind people that their circumstances do not determine their future.

“ICAN was never created to be just another clothing brand,” said Battle in a press release. “It was created to remind people that no matter what they’ve faced, what they’ve lost or what obstacles stand in front of them, they still have the ability to move forward.”

Founded on the belief that confidence, resilience and purpose can change lives, ICAN Clothes has grown from a personal message into a movement that encourages people to believe in themselves and pursue their goals despite adversity.

A graduate of Seventy-First High School in Fayetteville and an Army Veteran who served at Fort Bragg, Battle has spent much of his life overcoming challenges while building businesses, mentoring young people and encouraging others to recognize their potential. Through speaking engagements, community outreach and the ICAN brand, he continues to share a message of perseverance, personal responsibility, and hope.

“The military community understands sacrifice, discipline and commitment,” Battle said in a press release. “To see ICAN represented in military exchanges around the world is both humbling and meaningful because these are communities filled with people who overcome challenges every day.”

Beginning July 1, ICAN Clothes will be available in participating Navy Exchange locations across the United States and internationally, including Hawaii, Guam, Japan, Italy and Spain. The launch represents the brand’s first global retail expansion and introduces the ICAN message to service members, Veterans and military families around the world.

To celebrate the launch, Battle plans to connect directly with military communities through a month-long series of appearances, pop-up activations, and community engagements throughout July.

As the brand continues to grow, Battle remains focused on the mission that inspired it from the beginning: helping people shift their mindset from limitation to possibility.

“At the end of the day, ICAN is a statement,” Battle shared in a press release. “It’s a reminder that your story isn’t over. Whatever you’re facing, you can overcome it, learn from it, and keep moving forward.”

Consumers can shop the collection online at www.icanclothes.com and, beginning July 1, 2026, at participating Navy Exchange locations worldwide.
