Methodist University Cape Fear Valley Health School of Medicine launches Community Health Needs Survey

In an effort to better better understand the health priorities, challenges and opportunities within our region, the developing health care professionals at the Methodist University Cape Fear Valley Health School of Medicine are conducting a brief Community Health Needs Survey. 

The survey takes only about 3–5 minutes to complete, and students are hoping to gather as many responses as possible to get meaningful community input to guide their work.

The survey is available in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole.
