Dunn Area Chamber of Commerce hosts ribbon-cutting for Dream Finders Homes' new community in Dunn: Cameron Crossing

The Dunn Area Chamber of Commerce welcomed one of Dunn's newest communities at Cameron Crossing with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Aug. 13.

"I've had the privilege of being in the home building industry for many years. It is so rewarding to be able to come in, bring a subdivision to life, and give a buyer homeownership. It is a blessing. Memories are made, and so that is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. The other part that is so rewarding is the economic impact that it has,” shared Division President for Dream Finders Homes Leslie Groves.

The community offers seven floor plans to choose from. Homesites range from .50 to 2.0 acres, with thoughtfully designed floor plans by Dream Finders Homes. Once fully built out, the community will include 58 homes.

"We're not just a one-series builder. We have multiple price points... [whether] they're starting out, starting over, moving up or simply downsizing, we can fit all of their needs," added Groves.

Blending small-town living with modern convenience, Cameron Crossing offers easy access to major employers, nearby hospitals, parks and scenic trails. It sits just 30 minutes from Fayetteville and 45 minutes from Raleigh.
