Popular Tex-Mex restaurant to open in Fayetteville

Chuy’s, an authentic Tex-Mex restaurant known for its fresh, made-from-scratch dishes, signature margaritas and eclectic design, is introducing its fourth location in North Carolina with the opening of Chuy's Fayetteville on Sept. 30 at 570 Cross Creek Mall.

Known for its bold, distinct flavors, Chuy’s serves fresh Tex-Mex made with high-quality ingredients. The menu features a variety of fan favorites, including ChickaChicka Boom-Boom Enchiladas, sizzling fajitas, the ever-popular Creamy Jalapeño and nine signature homemade sauces and fresh tortillas made by hand daily. Chuy’s recipes are inspired by a combination of flavors from South Texas, New Mexico and Mexican border towns.

"We're thrilled to open our doors in Fayetteville and join the community. At Chuy's, we're passionate about serving fresh, authentic Tex-Mex and look forward to bringing people together through bold flavors, exceptional hospitality and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere," Chuy's Fayetteville General Manager, Joshua Bosse, said in a press release. 

Guests stepping into the new Fayetteville location will experience the restaurant's eclectic décor and one-of-a kind look with its neon signs, colorful vinyl booths and iconic Mil Pescado – vibrant hand-painted wooden “school” of fish – adorning the ceiling. Each location embraces its local community while keeping close to its Austin roots with fun and quirky artwork.

Chuy’s believes in building community ties through local service and connections. As part of this commitment, the Fayetteville restaurant has selected Partnership for Children of Cumberland County as a local nonprofit partner to honor their grand opening and bring awareness to its impactful cause. Partnership for Children of Cumberland County is dedicated to providing services and support that advance the well-being of children, strengthen the early care and education system and empower families. 

Chuy’s Fayetteville offers indoor and outdoor dining space. Curbside to-go is also available. The restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
