The North Carolina Technology Association has announced the finalists for the NC TECH Awards, North Carolina's statewide technology awards program. This awards program recognizes companies, organizations and individuals for their achievement, innovation and leadership throughout the year.
The Fayetteville Public Works Commission is among the finalists in the Core Innovation Award category.
After an application period earlier this year, finalists and winners were chosen in a two-stage review process, led by the accounting firm Cherry Bekaert, in partnership with an independent selection committee. The awards process culminates with the NC TECH Awards on Nov. 16, 2026, at the Sheraton Imperial RTP. Winners will be announced during the event.
“We received a record number of applications this year, reflecting the incredible depth of innovation and talent across North Carolina’s tech sector. We have another outstanding class of finalists representing organizations from across the state, and we look forward to celebrating their achievements and the continued growth of North Carolina’s vibrant tech community,” said Michelle Calton, interim CEO of NC TECH, in a press release.
