Cape Fear Valley Bladen County Hospital Outpatient Therapy relocating to new location

Cape Fear Valley Health is relocating its outpatient physical and occupational therapy services in Elizabethtown to a new location beginning today, Sept. 21.

Cape Fear Valley Bladen County Hospital Outpatient Therapy will relocate to:

601 S. Cypress St.

Elizabethtown, NC 28337

The new location will continue to provide outpatient physical and occupational therapy services to patients throughout Bladen County and surrounding communities.

The relocation builds on Cape Fear Valley Health’s continued expansion of orthopedic and rehabilitation services in Bladen County, including the opening of Cape Fear Valley Orthopedics & Sports Medicine – Bladen in December 2025. Together, these services provide patients with access to orthopedic care and rehabilitation services closer to home.

“Our goal is to make sure patients continue to have access to high-quality rehabilitation services close to home,” said Spencer Cummings, president of Bladen Healthcare and vice president of administration for Cape Fear Valley Health, in a press release. “This new location allows our team to continue helping patients regain strength, mobility and independence in a setting designed to support their recovery.”

Cape Fear Valley Bladen County Hospital Outpatient Therapy provides treatment for a variety of conditions and rehabilitation needs, including pre- and postsurgical rehabilitation, chronic and acute muscle and joint pain, gait and balance difficulties, neurological conditions and other functional impairments.

The clinic also offers Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) programming for individuals with Parkinson’s disease. LSVT is a specialized rehabilitation approach designed to help individuals with Parkinson’s improve movement, communication and their ability to perform everyday activities.

The clinic’s hours will still be Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Friday: 8 a.m.-12 p.m.
