Healthkeeperz announces leadership promotions

Healthkeeperz is proud to announce the promotions of Kellie Britt, MSN, FNP-BC, to chief quality officer and Nahaven Jacobs, BSN, RN, CHPN, to director of Hospice Care.

Britt has been with Healthkeeperz for a total of eight years and has served as director of Hospice Care since January 2024. During her leadership of Hospice, she helped strengthen the program, build a high-performing team, and advance our commitment to exceptional care for patients and families.

In her new role, Britt will provide executive leadership for compliance, quality, organizational improvement and regulatory readiness across Healthkeeperz. A 2025 Barnabas Award Winner, Britt is known for compassionate leadership, accountability and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Jacobs joined Healthkeeperz in January 2026 as clinical manager of Hospice Care, bringing a diverse clinical background and more than nine years of hospice experience. Jacobs has dedicated much of her career to helping patients and families navigate some of life’s most meaningful and difficult moments with compassion, dignity and clinical expertise.

Jacobs’ connection to Healthkeeperz actually began nearly 30 years ago, when she worked in the Healthkeeperz Pharmacy from 1996–1997. Today, she returns to that foundation as the next leader of Healthkeeperz Hospice Care.
