Mayor Colvin appointed to North Carolina Board of Transportation

Governor Stein has appointed Fayetteville Mayor Mitch Colvin to the North Carolina Board of Transportation.

Mitch Colvin of Cumberland County was appointed as a member of the 6th Transportation Division. Colvin is serving his fifth term as the mayor of Fayetteville and previously served as a city council member and mayor pro tem. He has represented Fayetteville on the Fayetteville Area Metropolitan Planning Organization and has prioritized investments in roads, sidewalks, stormwater systems and economic development.
