Minuteman Press acquires Biz Tools One Website Design

After years of helping businesses, nonprofits, and government entities achieve new levels of success, the founder of Biz Tools One, Wick Smith, has announced that Minuteman Press of Fayetteville has officially acquired Biz Tools One Website Design, effective Feb. 1.

The merger creates a first-ever web division that clients of both Biz Tools One and Minuteman Press will benefit from.

The new owner, Jared Ostendorf, expressed his excitement to add Biz Tools One to offer web design and management services. In addition to the services they are already offering, the Minuteman Press team will be able to offer print services, signage, and vehicle graphics.

With this new acquisition, there will be many things that stay the same and several that will be different.

Some aspects that will remain will be the use of Biz Tools One Website Design, website development personnel, upgrades and maintenance to websites, prioritized customer support, staffing, and managing staff for the Fayetteville office.

There will be additional support staff to help customers. Billing to customers will be done through Minuteman Press instead of Biz Tools One, and the location will change to 1005 Arsenal Ave.

"I am thankful for the opportunities that Biz Tools One has given me over the years. I am confident the merger with Minuteman Press will exceed expectations for all web development for clients," stated Smith.
