Systel preleasing new office space in Fayetteville

Systel is now preleasing a new workspace in downtown Fayetteville called 225 Green St.

Located inside of Fayetteville’s tallest landmark, which clocks in at 11 stories, the workspace offers on-site security, views of downtown Fayetteville on every floor and gated parking that is specifically designated for tenants of the building. The parking area is accessible by key card.

The different spaces inside of 225 Green St. come in a variety of sizes, ranging from 1,250-10,000 square feet, to meet the different needs of tenants. The workspace also has five meeting rooms.

In addition to space to work, tenants can unwind in the tenant-only fitness center or, when construction is finished, the building’s bistro.
