Upcoming CSX track work to close crossings in Fayetteville

Update:
- June 1-2: Whitfield Street
- June 6-10: Cumberland Street
June 6-10: Moore Street
June 6-10: Franklin Street at Winslow Street
June 6-10: Russell Street at Winslow Street
CSX Transportation has scheduled closings of railroad crossings across Fayetteville for repairs.
These closures will require traffic to take alternate routes; signage will be in place to mark where the detour routes are.
The schedule is subject to change based on weather conditions. The schedule is as follows:
- May 3-6: Hay Street at Hillsborough/Winslow Street
- May 16: Johnson Street in Hope Mills
- May 19: Whitfield Street
- May 23: Cumberland Street
- May 23: Moore Street
- May 23: Franklin Street at Winslow Street
- May 23: Russell Street at Winslow Street
Residents and visitors to the area are advised to plan accordingly for alternative routes for these dates.
