New flex space coming to Fayetteville in July

By Savanah Ramsey, posted May 2, 2022 on BizFayetteville.com

King Electric is building a new flex space located near East Russell and South Broad Street.
The project is expected to be completed in July.

King Electric of Fayetteville, open since 1965, has grown into the fastest growing bridge contractor, specializing in hanging pipes on bridges.

Flex spaces are lightly zoned buildings and are mainly used for industrial and office space.

The building is expected to serve as a warehouse and have several offices to run operations.

“There is a need for flex buildings in Fayetteville and it is a needed issue that is being met,” stated Richard King, president of King Holdings LLC. “It’s mainly for contractors and suppliers and this will be a good location for anyone opening a small business.”
