After taking two years to regroup and focus on other areas of her life, Casey Ferris, president of the Hope Mills Area Chamber of Commerce, reopened her marketing agency.
Located at 221 Hay Street in downtown Fayetteville, The Ferris Agency, previously known as Market House Company, offers digital marketing, social media marketing, creative design, consulting, classes and coaching.
“I love history, so when I moved down here from Wisconsin I was like, ‘Oh, the Market House – that's so cool,’ and I kind of grabbed onto that for my logo. But then I realized the controversy behind it and the pandemic had just started, and so I was just like, ‘I am going to regroup,’” stated Ferris.
With the pandemic affecting businesses in Fayetteville many business owners were uncertain of the future for their businesses. During this time, Ferris devoted her time to the Hope Mills Chamber and began rebranding her business.
“So, what I am trying to help with is putting together a really well-rounded marketing plan. So I will help with Facebook, newsletters, texts, or anything else marketing. While doing this I try to be as efficient as possible so we can reach the target audience,” Ferris added.
With the reopening, The Ferris Agency aims to empower and promote businesses.
“When my community succeeds, I succeed,” said Ferris. “I really do try to make sure that I can get out there and make a difference in this.”
