New apartment complex plans to open in the fall in Lillington

A new apartment complex is coming to the Lillington area right off Highway 421.
Expected to open in fall 2022, The Groves at 421 features a variety of floor plan options and amenities. The facility offers one, two and three bedroom apartments that include in-unit washer and dryers, air conditioning, dishwasher, walk-in closets, island kitchen, granite countertops, microwaves and refrigerators.
Pricing is as follows:
- One bedroom: $1,200/month
- Two bedroom: $1,450/month
- Three bedroom: $1,650/month
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and grill. The complex also offers package services, planned social activities, a pet play area, volleyball court, walking trails, sundeck and picnic area.
Dogs and cats are welcomed but are limited to two each apartment and include a pet fee. It is $300 per pet with a monthly pet rent of $30.
The complex requires a pet interview for each pet, and dogs must be 35 pounds or lighter.
