The Geddie Group, and the Alex McFadyen Team of Coldwell Banker Advantage based in Fayetteville, N.C. have received national recognition among the best agent duos in the Coldwell Banker Real Estate franchise system for 2024.
Comprised of Logan Geddie and Ashley Tucker, The Geddie Group placed sixth for agent team honors (1-2 persons). In the same category, Alex McFadyen and wife, Madeline McFadyen, scored seventh.
According to a corporate press release, the brand nationally recognizes top affiliated sales professionals, teams, offices and companies who have demonstrated exceptional performance across multiples sales categories.
"These exceptional real estate professionals have distinguished themselves not only within the Coldwell Banker network but across the entire industry," said Jason Waugh, president of Coldwell Banker Affiliates in a press release.
