Rose Hunt joins Healthkeeperz as clinical manager of hospice

Healthkeeperz is pleased to welcome Rose M. Hunt, BSN, RN, as clinical manager for Healthkeeperz Hospice. Hunt joined the organization on Sept. 21, 2026.

Hunt brings nine years of nursing experience, including more than eight years in hospice care, with expertise in patient assessment, care coordination, symptom management, caregiver education and nurse mentorship.

Hunt earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and her Associate Degree in Nursing from Richmond Community College. She joins Director of Hospice Care Nahaven Jacobs, a longtime colleague with whom she began her hospice career.
