Dr. Stephanie Hodges, DNP, MSN, FNP-C, CNEcl, is an Associate Professor in Nursing at Fayetteville State University where she teaches across all program levels. Dr. Hodges earned her BSN from Barton College, MSN in Nursing Education from Walden University, a post master's certificate in Global Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill,and her Doctor of Nursing Practice, with a focus in Family Nurse Practitioner studies from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She is a Certified Clinical Nurse Educator through the National League for Nursing, and maintains board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her research and scholarly work includes diabetes and obesity, pediatrics, community outreach and global public health.
