Fayetteville’s emerging dining scene is about to get a fresh batch of Southern comfort with a new brunch destination. Biscuit Belly, the Kentucky-born “craft casual” brunch spot known for its gourmet, scratch-made biscuits and Southern-inspired flavors, will open its doors to the All-American City on Tuesday, Aug. 4. Opening in Glensford Commons, the new restaurant signifies the brand’s continued investment in North Carolina, as well as the greater Southeast region.

The brand selected Fayetteville for its strong sense of community, growing dining scene and deep military roots, making it a natural fit for Biscuit Belly’s people-first culture and neighborhood-focused approach to hospitality.

“We’ve always believed that hospitality is about creating a place where people feel welcome the moment they walk through the door,” said Co-founder Lauren Coulter in a press release. “That’s one of the reasons we continue investing in the Carolinas. From day one, we’ve felt welcomed by neighbors who value gathering around the table. We’re excited to bring that same experience to Fayetteville and become part of this incredible community.”

Since its inception in 2019, Biscuit Belly has built a loyal following for its warm hospitality, oversized, scratch-made biscuits and inventive brunch menu. Guests can expect savory biscuit sandwiches, indulgent brunch plates and a lineup of playful twists on the classic breakfast and lunch dishes.

The Fayetteville restaurant includes several features created specifically for the community. Guests will love the eye-catching shimmer wall designed for memorable photos and celebrations, along with special “Paratrooper Biscuit Man” shirts and stickers as a tribute to the service members and families of nearby Fort Bragg. As an ongoing thank you, Biscuit Belly will also offer a 10% military discount to active-duty service members and Veterans.

To celebrate their entry to the Glensford Commons area, Biscuit Belly will host a grand opening celebration on Friday, Aug. 7, from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., inviting the community to experience the Southern hospitality it's known for. Guests can enjoy complimentary drip coffee with purchase, special giveaways and a chance to win Free Biscuit Belly for a Year.

Fayetteville guests will also find several fan-favorite perks, including:

  • Free “Bonuts” when joining the Biscuit Belly loyalty program
  • Rotating seasonal menu items and special promotions, including a new Birria Biscuit and the return of favorite cozy drinks in the fall
