This year's Carolina ORBIEs was hosted by CharlotteCIO and TriangleCIO, both part of the Inspire Leadership Network, a national organization for C-suite leaders from business, government, education, healthcare and nonprofits.

“We are incredibly proud of Mark Lawler’s achievement,” said Timothy L. Bryant, P.E., CEO/general manager of Fayetteville Public Works Commission in a press release. “His dedication to innovation and excellence has not only elevated our organization but also set a standard for the industry.
