Atlantic Capital Partners has facilitated the sale of Hope Mills Crossing, a 53,204-square-foot shopping center located in Hope Mills, North Carolina, within the Fayetteville MSA. Atlantic Capital Partners exclusively represented the seller in the transaction.

The transaction was led by David Hoppe, head of net lease sales; Eric Suffoletto, managing director & partner; Jordan Gomez, vice president; Mike Lucier, executive vice president; Ben Olmstead, associate; and Kendra Doherty, analyst.

Recently renovated in 2026, the 95%-occupied center is anchored by a newly delivered Planet Fitness and features a strong mix of medical, financial, government and service-oriented retail tenants.

"Hope Mills Crossing was perfectly repositioned by the seller, and with the addition of Planet Fitness as an anchor tenant, we were able to secure bids from a national buyer pool interested in purchasing stabilized retail shopping centers in the Carolinas specifically," said Head of Net Lease Sales at Atlantic Capital Partners, David Hoppe, in a press release.

Strategically positioned along the North Main Street retail corridor, the property serves a dense residential area supported by steady, daily-needs traffic. The center offers the buyer stable in-place cash flow alongside upside potential through the remaining small-shop lease-up.

"Hope Mills Crossing was a great result for our clients and team, particularly given recent capital markets’ volatility. We generated strong national buyer interest, ultimately bringing out-of-market capital into North Carolina for the buyer's first acquisition in the state. We're proud of the outcome for our sellers and see tremendous opportunity for similar assets throughout the region," added Managing Director & Partner at Atlantic Capital Partners Eric Suffoletto in a press release.
