
The N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles (NCDMV) has launched a Request for Proposals (RFP No. 54-12188921-CM) to overhaul its legacy systems. This initiative aims to enable improvements in service delivery, replacing outdated mainframe technology with a scalable, secure and efficient platform.
The RFP is now open on the state’s electronic Vendor Portal (eVP). Vendors are encouraged to review the detailed scope of work and submit questions by 2 p.m. Aug. 29. Bids will be accepted until the official opening at 2 p.m. Oct. 17.
