Sol’s Arcade + Taproom is finally open in downtown Fayetteville. The business celebrated its grand opening on Friday, July 4.

The new venue boasts a sports lounge with six TVs, laser shot simulators, arcade games and a 21-tap self-pour draft system.

The arcade includes a variety of modern games like NBA Hoops, Hyper Pitch and Skee-Ball, designed to encourage social interaction and friendly competition.

“It's really been a blessing to build good rapport with various community members, council members and other local business owners [and] just really to see the dream flourish into a property, into a business,” shared owner Cameron Carlotti.

The 21 self-pour tap features 14 beers, three ciders, two seltzers and two wines. Sol’s is located in Fayetteville’s Social District and Carlotti encourages customers to support his neighbors as well, he even sells beers from local breweries in house.

“I really like to offer local craft beer. I see other breweries and other beer establishments as collaboration opportunities, not competition,” remarked Carlotti.

The venue includes a spacious outdoor patio with games such as cornhole and Jenga. There will be two food trucks at the grand opening as well as two additional tents that’ll be serving up treats. The venue also has a private event area for birthday parties, retirement parties and other events of that nature. The space is also dog friendly.

Future goals include mixing in some retro games with the more modern arcade offerings and introducing a back of house pool hall and a golf simulator expansion in 2026.

“I just want to build a great spot where people can come, take their kids, not worry about all the stresses and the troubles of the outside world, have a good time and not break the bank to do so,” shared Carlotti.

Carlotti has hired 12 employees and they’re preparing for the influx of customers on July 4 with a soft-opening for friends and family the day before.

The grand opening will kick-off on Friday at 3 p.m. with the fun continuing until 1 a.m. There will be security on site to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

A standout feature of Sol’s is its commitment to community giving. The business pledges to donate 10% of its proceeds to Veterans, animal shelters and first responders. Every month the business will sponsor a different nonprofit. During the grand opening, patrons will even have the opportunity to vote on which local nonprofit the venue will support that month.

Sol’s is located at 421 Maiden Ln right across from Segra Stadium.
