Mark Rose is the Director of Workforce Development at Cape Fear Valley Health, where he oversees the organization’s simulation center. He began his tenure as Director in August 2024, following his role as Manager of Simulation Operations starting in March 2023. With a background as a paramedic, Rose brings practical experience to his leadership in medical training. Under his guidance, the simulation center has been recognized for its advanced technology and its role in preparing future healthcare professionals. Rose’s commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by his certification as a healthcare simulation educator through the Society for Simulation in Healthcare.
