Part 2: Navigating Federal Small Business Certifications: An In-Depth Analysis (one hour). Part 3: Effectively Presenting Your Small Business to the Federal Government (one hour). This training focuses on real world tips, tricks, tools and lessons learned on how to effectively market a business to federal customers.
