FTCC and Cumberland County to host 8th Annual Food Safety Forum

The Cumberland County Department of Public Health & Environmental Services invites foodservice professionals, educators, students and industry partners to attend the 8th Annual Food Safety Forum on Aug. 5 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.          

This year's forum will focus on Emergency Preparedness and Crisis Management, highlighting the types of emergencies and disasters that can impact foodservice operations, public health and food safety. Participants will gain valuable insights into planning for, responding to and recovering from incidents that may affect food safety and operational continuity.

Registration is required due to limited seating. To reserve your spot, email tfavors@cumberlandcountync.gov.

Anyone involved in foodservice, hospitality, public health or food safety is encouraged to take advantage of this informative professional development opportunity.
