Highstreet Warren Insurance Group selected to design and place insurance program for a 512-unit multifamily portfolio

By Staff Report, posted 1 hour ago

Highstreet Warren Insurance Group is proud to share a recent success that highlights the power of Highstreet’s community-centric approach to brokerage and risk management. Working alongside their Highstreet Milestone Risk Management partners and an independent risk manager, they were selected over an international brokerage firm to design and place the insurance program for a 512-unit multifamily portfolio in Cumberland County, N.C. with growth plans to reach 1,000+ units by the end of the year.

The ownership group faced a common challenge: a highly fragmented insurance structure spread across multiple brokers, carriers and anniversary dates. As their portfolio continues to grow toward 1,000+ units, they needed a scalable solution that aligned with their long-term investment strategy.

Highstreet Warren Insurance Group delivered:

  • A consolidated insurance program under one carrier partnership
  • Enhanced coverage and risk management alignment
  • Meaningful cost savings
  • Simplified administration and renewal management
  • A framework built to support continued portfolio expansion

“This engagement demonstrates the unique value Highstreet brings to real estate investors. By combining trusted local relationships with the specialized expertise of our Real Estate Industry Solutions team, we’re able to provide much more than insurance placement. We help clients protect assets, improve operational efficiency, and safeguard long-term investment performance,” shared Highstreet Warren Insurance Group in a press release.
