Working alongside their Highstreet Milestone Risk Management partners and an independent risk manager, they were selected over an international brokerage firm to design and place the insurance program for a 512-unit multifamily portfolio in Cumberland County, N.C. with growth plans to reach 1,000+ units by the end of the year.
The ownership group faced a common challenge: a highly fragmented insurance structure spread across multiple brokers, carriers and anniversary dates. As their portfolio continues to grow toward 1,000+ units, they needed a scalable solution that aligned with their long-term investment strategy.
