LWood Solutions announces 2024 Summer Internship and Diversity Fellowship

LWood Solutions is now accepting applications for their 2024 College Programs. These programs are designed to provide participants with real-world experience, valuable skills and the opportunity to impact their communities.

LWood Solutions’ 2024 Internship Program:

This intensive 8-week internship program is tailored for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience and unlock doors to high-demand careers. This program will start on June 10 and will run until August 5, 2024.

“Our Internship Program allows us as a company to have a front-row seat to the next generation of professionals and leverages us to offer rewarding career opportunities to those who stand out in the program,” remarked Kayla Love, LWood Solutions Operations Manager, in a press release.

Participants can expect to:

Fast-track their career: Top performers will earn a coveted spot in the LWS Institute Provider Program.
Gain real-world skills: Students will have the opportunity to handle real-world Marketing and PR Tasks alongside LWood Solutions trained staff.
Boost their online presence: Participants will receive valuable LinkedIn endorsements and recognition in case studies.
Gain exclusive access: Students will prepare and present case studies for the LWood Solution Diversity Fellowship allowing them to gather and prepare important research.

This program is open to College Juniors and Seniors and students enrolled in NC Community Colleges interested in marketing, branding and public relations. Applications are now open until April 1, 2024.

LWood Solutions 2024 Diversity Fellowship:

This one-week immersive fellowship program is designed to elevate students’ marketing and communication skills in a culturally diverse environment. Participants will work alongside experienced professionals on real-world projects.  This program will run the week of June 19, 2024 with students participating in a public service project on the Juneteenth Holiday.

“We want to empower students to understand how industry practices are perceived and understood by their colleagues of diverse backgrounds, and how we can collectively make improvements in our standards and practices as an industry,” shared Lake Wood, CEO of LWood Solutions and one of the facilitators of this program, in a press release.

Access to panel discussions and workshops curated by industry professionals

The fellowship is open to community college and university students interested in marketing, branding or public relations. Applications are open until April 1, 2024.
