Brave Care, a pediatric clinic, will soon offer the Fayetteville community primary, urgent and telehealth care year round, seven days a week, with the extended hours of 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Previously known as Cross Creek Pediatrics located as 2035 Valleygate Drive in Fayetteville, the clinic will now re-open under the leadership of Brave Care next week on Sept. 15. They will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony that day at 1 p.m.

Brave Care aims to provide affordable and high-quality care for children in the community. The clinic will also offer remote care which will be available 24/7 through their Brave Care Parent Mobile App, along with primary and urgent care clinics. “I have been to a Brave Care clinic 26 times as a parent, not as the CEO, and I’m grateful we have the opportunity to offer children in Fayetteville the same excellent care I’ve received with my own daughters,” said Darius Monsef, Brave Care founder and CEO.

The clinic will be equipped with the latest technology and their Parent App has a feature that offers a free chat with a nurse. The staff will be a combination of some previous staff from Cross Creek as well as some new staff.

“Our mission as a company is to help every kid reach their full potential while approaching the care holistically, and thinking about building a business model that works in every town of the country and not just affluent communities,” Monsef explained.

Brave Care currently has two clinics across the country with Fayetteville being the third. The health care company will open two more clinics – one in Texas and one in Oregon.

“The model that we are building needs to exist in every community, not just Tier 1 cities with affluent families that can afford high membership fees. The model is every kid deserves access to health care, so how do we build a clinic that can work in smaller cities?” he asked.

He hopes that Brave Care will be part of the answer. Brave Care hopes to expand in communities with families that may not have big hospitals present in near proximity.

“I also come from a tight-knit community, and I know how important relationships are in cities like Fayetteville. We’re honored to join this wonderful community and be there for kids when they need care and for parents who never need to worry alone,” Monsef said.

Brave Care was founded in 2018 and was awarded Inc.’s Best Workplaces award two years in a row.
