Tasia N. McClain serves as the Service Line Director for Women’s Health Clinics at Cape Fear Valley Health System. In this role, she oversees strategic operations, clinical quality, patient experience and leadership alignment across a broad network of OB/GYN, Perinatology, Midwifery, GYN Oncology and a Rheumatology clinic throughout our region. She leads a multi-site team of clinic managers, supervisors, providers and clinical staff, focusing on accountability, operational excellence and creating systems that support consistent, high-quality patient care. She is passionate about building strong, empowered teams and ensuring that the workflows, training structures and service standards elevate both staff engagement and patient experience.
