Custom home builder America’s Home Place Inc. expands to Fayetteville NC

Custom home building service America's Home Place Inc. is now operating in Fayetteville, NC in their new office located at 3266 Sandarosa Rd in the Fayetteville Model Center. 

America's Home Place Inc. has been a builder of custom, “on-your-lot”  homes since 1972 and is currently building in more than ten counties including Cumberland, Hoke, Harnett and Bladen. 

According to the company’s website, since being established in 1972, AHP has built over 20,000 homes in 12 states and averages about 1,000 builds a year. 

America's Home Place Inc. is also the largest independent custom home builder in the county with 39 Building Centers and model centers throughout the South. 

AHP will be holding a grand opening ceremony for their first Fayetteville office, the seventh office in North Carolina, on April 29 from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

There guests can tour model homes and connect with staff to ask questions about the home building process.
