The City of Fayetteville has launched a prepaid parking program that allows fans to reserve and pay for parking before traveling downtown for games at Segra Stadium.
Reservations are available through the ParkWhiz mobile app or online at parkfayettevillenc.com by selecting the “Event Parking” tab.
When making a reservation, fans must select the date and time that match the Woodpeckers game they plan to attend.
Prepaid event parking is currently available at the Hay Street Deck and Franklin Street Deck.

The new service is designed to make game day arrivals easier. Reserving in advance allows fans to secure a parking space before leaving home, know where they are going and receive quick validation when they arrive.
After completing a reservation, fans should follow event parking signs and show their ParkWhiz confirmation at the garage entrance.
The game day event rate is a $5 flat rate that is applied before Woodpecker games at off-street City-owned parking lots and at the Hay Street and Franklin Street parking decks.
A $1.50 convenience fee applies only to prepaid reservations.
Fans who do not reserve in advance can continue to park and pay when they arrive.
Garage attendants accept cash and cards at the entrance. Payment is also available at surface-lot pay stations, with cash options remaining available at ungated surface lots.
On-street parking spaces are not subject to special event rates and are free on Saturdays and Sundays. On-street paid parking is in effect Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The program is designed to reduce wait times, simplify parking and help fans spend less time searching for a space and more time enjoying Woodpeckers baseball in downtown Fayetteville.
The City encourages fans to reserve online or download the ParkWhiz app before heading to their next Fayetteville Woodpeckers game.
