By Staff Report, posted 4 months ago

Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc., a mortgage company providing various services related to home financing, now has a new office and representatives in downtown Fayetteville.

Husband and wife team Jasson and Ashley Quinones serve as branch manager and loan officer assistant respectively and are excited to bring the business to their new location at 219 Hay St.

Fayetteville, N.C.

Jasson, who is a retired Veteran of the US Army and who has spent the last 18 years in Fayetteville, shared that he is excited to transition to civilian life with this new business.

“I've always wanted to be on Hay Street. It's really nice to come out here and give back to the service members that I used to serve with, and the new company coming, and the locals, as I like to call, but just being a part of the community is a huge deal,” shared Jason.

Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) was founded in 1998 by three seasoned mortgage professionals and quickly grew from $35 million in loan volume its first year to billions within a decade. Since then, PRMI has expanded into a respected national lender, known for its scale, stability and commitment to customer-first values.
