By Staff Report, posted 2 weeks ago

Cumberland County Tax Administration announces individual and business personal property listing forms are now available through eNoticesOnline.

The eNoticesOnline portal enables taxpayers to sign up for paperless notices and access tax listing information online as part of Tax Administration’s ongoing effort to improve accessibility, efficiency and service.

How to Use eNoticesOnline:

  • Locate the authorization code included with the tax listing form mailing
  • Visit www.eNoticesOnline.com and select “Register”
  • Use the code, provide an email address and confirm the email address
  • View the 2026 tax listing form online

Taxpayers who previously registered for the eNotices portal during billing should sign in and add the authorization code to link the account.

Listing forms cannot be returned or accepted electronically. All forms must be completed, signed and submitted to the office.

Taxpayers who sign up for paperless notices will receive tax listing forms electronically each year.

All 2026 tax listing forms must be completed, signed and mailed to:

Cumberland County Tax Administration

ATTN: Assessment Audit Division

P.O. Box 449

Fayetteville, NC 28302

Forms must be submitted on or before Monday, Feb. 2, 2026, unless an extension to list has been approved.
