Meritage Homes and Operation Homefront host frame-signing for new, mortgage-free home in Angier

On June 20, Meritage Homes and Operation Homefront celebrated a frame-signing event for a new, mortgage-free home in Angier, N.C. Meritage employees and vendors signed the frame of the 2,300+ square foot

 home in the River Glen community to wish the family the best. 

The two-story home features four bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom, and energy-efficiency features, including a multispeed HVAC system, and spray-foam insulation. 

This marks Meritage's 21st home donation to a military family through Operation Homefront's Permanent Homes for Veterans program.

The keys to this home will be presented to a military family around Veterans Day 2025.

Big T’s has been a local favorite of Hope Mills since 2000 when Timmy (Big T) and Donna Gray first opened right on Hope Mills Lake. It is a seasonal restaurant, so many of Big T’s loyal customers were happy to hear they would now be open year-round, seven days a week.
