Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ is coming to Fayetteville, NC. The new location located in Freedom Town Center is celebrating its grand opening this Saturday, April 22 at 11 a.m. The first 100 people in line will receive a free hot dog, and there will be raffle prizes, activities for kids, and live music to celebrate the occasion.

Carol and Eddie Womack are the owners of Crave’s new Fayetteville location. Eddie shared that after deciding he was interested in owning a restaurant he researched different franchises. Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ is a Veteran-owned franchise, and being a Veteran himself, Eddie liked that this company supported Veterans.

Eddie also shared that Crave’s team was very helpful in the process of identifying a good location for the new restaurant. “One of the things about Crave, they believe in being in business for yourself, but not by yourself.”

“The response from the community has been overwhelming,” shared Carol.

Carol explained that community members have had the chance to try Crave’s food through their food truck which has been operating for about five weeks now. In addition to the food that customers are coming to love, the brick and mortar features a 24 tap self-serve beer wall and an ax throwing lane.

“We’re most looking forward to people coming out and having a great experience here. We want them to feel comfortable. We want them to feel welcome…We’re super excited about being here within the community, because we are a company that believes in giving back to the community. So we’re excited about making great relationships with different organizations and we’re just looking to have a great time,” remarked Carol.

Carol shared that they have a great team assembled at the restaurant but are looking to add more employees too.
