In December, the Homebuilders Association of Fayetteville officially installed the 2026 Professional Women in Building (PWBS) Board of Directors.

PWBS continues to be one of the most impactful and engaged councils within the HBAF — leading through education, mentorship, community outreach and professional development. The women who serve in this council consistently raise the bar for both the industry and the association.

“Please join us in congratulating the 2026 PWBS Board,” shared HBAF in a Facebook post. “Thank you for stepping into leadership and for your commitment to supporting women across the building industry in Cumberland and Hoke Counties. We look forward to another strong year of connection, growth, and impact under your leadership.”

2026 PWBS Officers:

Chairperson: Becki Bolton - The Bolton Team - Coldwell Banker Advantage

Secretary/Treasurer: Heather Edwards - Coldwell Banker Advantage

Vice Chairperson: Sharlene Williams - SRW Builders

Second Vice Chairperson: Holly Pendergraft - Pendergraft Homes

Immediate Past Chairperson: Lauren Furr - Furr Construction
