In this position, Olsen will provide strategic leadership for LIFE St. Joseph of the Pines, managing the center's daily operations and ensuring satisfaction among older adult participants and center colleagues.
With more than 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry and six years as the finance manager at LIFE St. Joseph of the Pines, Olsen’s promotion reflects her strong leadership, deep knowledge of the PACE model and commitment to the organization’s mission of providing coordinated, participant-centered care.
During her tenure as finance manager, she played a key role in supporting the organization’s financial performance and operational success. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Management from Mount Olive College and later completed her Master of Business Administration at the University of Mount Olive.
“I’ve been able to influence financial performance and support key operational areas, and stepping into an Executive Director role allows me to align strategy, operations, and care delivery at a higher level,” Olsen said in a press release. “I’m excited for the opportunity to make a broader impact on both our participants and the organization as a whole.”
As executive director, she is focused on building upon the program’s strong foundation while strengthening relationships across the organization. Olsen plans to engage closely with managers and their teams to better understand their perspectives and identify opportunities for meaningful improvement.
“Katie’s extensive experience, dedication to our mission, and deep understanding of our program makes her exceptionally well-suited for this role,” said Regional VP of Operations for Trinity Health PACE Hogan Coble in a press release. “I am confident she will continue to advance the LIFE St. Joseph of the Pines mission while supporting participants, families, and colleagues with compassion and excellence.”
Located in Fayetteville, North Carolina, LIFE St. Joseph of the Pines is part of Trinity Health PACE, one of the largest PACE providers in the country with 15 owned and managed programs, 23 PACE centers and five religious communities.
