Fayetteville’s only private, women-exclusive training facility is set to open in the first quarter of 2025. Grace Bex, a military wife and mom of three, is the owner of Gracefully Fit LLC. Her passion for building community and helping women achieve their goals led to this new development.

“Since I started back in 2017 my primary audience has been women. I started by training moms, and really predominantly throughout my career I've mostly trained women,” explained Bex.

Bex shared that following the birth of her first child she struggled with postpartum depression. Her outlet for dealing with this became fitness. As she created a workout plan for herself she was inspired to share what she’d learned and what had helped her through this tough time with other moms.

Once certified through the American College of Sports Medicine, Bex began offering personal training services to clients. Prior to moving to Fayetteville, Bex and her family lived in Germany where she owned a gym there too. In 2023 they relocated to Fayetteville when Bex’s husband was stationed at Fort Liberty.

Bex has been offering her services out of her home gym, but with her waitlist increasing she saw the need to expand her operations to cater to a larger crowd.

“I've reached the point that I can no longer accommodate my waitlist, so I need to add people. And then I noticed there's such a gap in the industry here. There's not any other women-only gyms…So I see the need for it. I see the desire for women to have community, to feel heard and seen,” explained Bex.

Gracefully Fit will be central to Fayetteville, with the specific location to be announced at a later date. Bex shared that she hopes to open no later than February 2025.

Gracefully Fit will be a boutique style gym offering personal training and group classes. Some of the classes to be offered include Pilates, Zumba and yoga.

Bex also shared that she is currently in conversation with a functional medicine PA and there will be a sauna and cold plunge compression therapy offered at the location. These offerings support her mission of being a space that is rooted in all around holistic health and wellness.

Various pricing options and payment plans will be available depending on the services members wish to utilize. A full unlimited membership paid for month by month is $190 and yearly unlimited is $150. Private sessions range from $60-$65 a session depending on the number of sessions booked.
