Cape Fear Valley Health announces the permanent closure of Highsmith-Rainey ExpressCare, effective July 31, 2026.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to have served our community over the years and sincerely thank our patients for trusting us with their care,” shared a Cape Fear Valley Health representative in a post to social media. 

Cape Fear Valley Health remains committed to providing convenient access to care. Patients seeking treatment for minor illnesses and injuries are encouraged to visit one of the following locations:

  • SameDay Medical (6201 Raeford Road, Fayetteville)
  • Health Pavilion North ExpressCare (6387 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville)
